Politicians react to Bilawal’s speech
LAHORE: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s criticism of the federal government seems to have annoyed members of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and others as they reacted to the statements shortly afterwards, ARY News reported.PML-N representative Talal Chaudhry said suggested the PPP chairman to ‘get rid of his uncles’, while Rana Sanaullah said it was corruption that harmed Peoples Party, not the reconciliation policy.
Meanwhile, AML chief Sheikh Rasheed while questioning the timing of sending Bilawal Bhutto Zardari into the field said the PPP chairman will have to decide either to do politics of Benazir Bhutto or Asif Ali Zardari.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his speech accused the federal government of formulating policies against the nation.
“The rulers are making metro buses while the people cannot afford bread,” he said while addressing a farmers’ convention in Lahore. “Prices of petroleum goods are being dropped across the world but the is not slashing the prices accordingly.”
