Sindh extends summer vacations till August 11
KARACHI: Sindh Education Department on Wednesday extended summer vacations all over the province including Karachi, ARY News reported.
According to details, the Provincial Education Department in view of heavy rains extended summer vacations in Sindh till August 11.
Sindh Minister for Education Fazlullah Paichuhu decided to extend vacations due to rains and flood situation in the province.
The secretary Education told media that a letter was written to the Chief Secretary Siddique Memon recommending that summer vacations in educational institutions be extended as rains are continued in the province and majority of areas are likely to be affected by flood.
